Blast: 7 of the Hottest Projects and Airdrops on the Ethereum Scaler

Ethereum’s scalability issues have been a long-standing concern in the crypto community. However, several innovative projects are leveraging airdrops to combat this issue, making Ethereum’s network more accessible and efficient. These projects are not only revolutionizing the Ethereum ecosystem, but also offering rewards through their airdrops as an incentive to users. Among the seven hottest airdrop projects are Hop Protocol, dYdX, Arbitrum, zkSync, StarkWare, Optimism, and Hermez, each offering unique solutions to enhance Ethereum’s scalability.

Hop Protocol, for instance, is a protocol for sending tokens across rollups and their shared layer-1 networks, making it possible to interact with multiple protocols. dYdX, on the other hand, is a decentralised platform for margin trading and derivatives on Ethereum, and Arbitrum is an Ethereum Layer 2 scaling solution. zkSync aims to bring a VISA-scale throughput of thousands of transactions per second (TPS) to Ethereum while keeping the security intact. StarkWare is enhancing scalability through improved data availability, and Optimism is focused on scaling Ethereum via Optimistic Rollups. Hermez, finally, is a zk-rollup that focuses on reducing gas fees. Each of these projects represents a significant step towards a more scalable Ethereum network.
